You acknowledge that off-road rescues involve potential risks (vehicle damage, injuries, environmental hazards). You assume full responsibility for your participation.

3. No Guarantee

The platform and its volunteers make no guarantees regarding the outcome, response time, or success of any rescue attempt.

4. Disclaimer

Neither the platform, its owners, nor the rescue volunteers are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from rescue attempts, travel to and from the location, or actions taken during the rescue.

5. Your Responsibility

You must use the application responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for your own safety, property, and decisions.

6. Acknowledgment
