Delete Account — Step‑by‑Step

Follow these steps to delete your account from within the app.

    Open More from the bottom navigation bar.
    Tap the More tab in the bottom nav.

    At the top of the screen, tap Personal Details.
    This opens your profile & account options.
  3. 3
    Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account.
    Read the on‑screen warning before continuing.
  4. 4
    Confirm the deletion.
    You may be asked to confirm your phone number or OTP for security.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

FAQs

Why can’t I see the Delete Account option?
Make sure you’re in More → Personal Details and scroll to the very bottom. If the button is disabled, you likely still have an assigned or open case.

Will my data be removed immediately?
Account deletion is permanent. Certain records may be retained where required by law or for audit purposes.
